- Work Description
- Research, analysis, issue structuring, and discussion support to complement the next-generation management team's deliberations on business portfolio reform, as part of the corporate planning department's mid-term management plan formulation.
- Assigned Professional
- Project Manager (PM): A strategy consultant with extensive experience in business portfolio and new business strategy, with numerous PM experiences at HiTalent in mid-term plan formulation and new business projects. Member: A former Bain strategy consultant with extensive experience in strategy development, portfolio diagnostics, and due diligence for major electronics and air-conditioning manufacturers.
- Remuneration (unit price, working hour ratio, duration)
- PM: 2.5 million yen per month * 50% working hours ratio * 13 months = 16.25 million yen Member: 1.6 million yen per month * 50% working hours ratio * 13 months = 10.4 million yen
Machine Learning Model Development at a Materials Manufacturer
- Work Description
- Design and build a cost prediction model based on blueprints for a cost forecasting service under development. Responsibilities also include requirements alignment and data integration coordination with processing companies, overall project management, and driving issue resolution.

Please reply to the email or click the Review Application button on your profile page. As soon as we confirm your application, we will proceed to the membership stage review. You will be able to access our project information once your application has been reviewed.
- ScreeningAfter the screening process, you will be able to view projects that fall under the respective stages of "Regular Member", "Talent Member", "HiTalent Member", and "TopTalent Member." Currently, most of our projects are for Talent members and above.
- Invitation to Business CommunityCurrently, only "HiTalent Members" and above are invited to join our business community. We will communicate on business community about your projects.
- View / apply for projectsYou can check and apply for projects on our website. Please note that you will not be able to view projects until you have completed the screening process.

We use a screening and invitation system for professionals with experience in strategy consulting firms and investment banks, marketing positions at foreign IT and consumer goods companies, data scientists, and software engineers. The purpose of the screening and invitation system is to ensure the quality of the jobs we introduce and to provide the best service to our registered professionals. Only "HiTalent members" and above can invite other people to join.The projects we are currently able to offer are limited to those with the above experience. For this reason, our screening requirements are also limited to those who have experience with the industries above. We will continue to expand the number of projects and provide our services to more people in the future.
Membership Stages
We currently have four membership stages. The requirements and differences between them are as follows. The projects we can introduce to you will differ depending on the membership stage. The Business Community is available to HiTalent members and above. Please note that the screening criteria for each membership stage are not disclosed.

universally usable profile pages
When you create a HiTalent account and register your resume or portfolio, you can use it as a public profile and share the URL. You can post any materials that you have created in the past onto "portfolio" section.You may select portions of your resume public/private. Resume pages are currently not searchable by search engines (Google and Yahoo!).
